Complaint Details
Brand new Honda Mobilio car (bought on 9th Dec 2016) received with some faults. When sent to Ring road Honda for rectification, the car returned with number of scratches & unresolved issues. On raising a concern, they kept the car for addition 3 days and later sent it with another dent on the roof and very smartly tried to deliver it in the late evening so that it can’t be identified. We denied accepting it in that condition and now it's lying with them for more than a week. They are suggesting paint job on the roof of the car but there’s no way for the new color to match with the original factory color in which the car was manufactured. Also, the value of the car would be immensely degraded due to metal re-paint. We are certain that the car was damaged at their workshop and the proof is attached, 1st pick-up slip clearly states that they got the car scratch less from our end and on return of first delivery, 2nd slip notes 5 scratches. On the next delivery, it came with a new dent on the roof and so we denied accepting the car and sent it back to the workshop. We had invested into a brand-new car for our family and its been terrible experience with Ring Road Honda who didn’t bother to even acknowledge our emails till the time we made them realise that we need a response (email trail attached). We urge this consumer forum to help us get this car replaced with a brand new one or have Honda refund our complete money.
