Complaint Details
The hotel charged Rs 6000 per head without mentioning it while booking or informing us in advance.There was a party organised by the hotel and it was compulsory to pay even if we did not want to attend the party. We did are booking through booking.com but nothing was mentioned about Rs 6000 per head with 31% tax.
