I have booked a Bungalow from Dharitri infraventure pvt ltd.At the time of booking they did not have the mutation paper but they told us that they supposed to recieve the mutation paper within a week but after completion of 5 months they unable to provide the mutation paper.On that reason we have cancelled the booking & asked to refund the booking amount of Rs 330000/-.They agreed to refund the amount that time.But now they are not giving us the amount.
