Complaint Details
The Company provides furniture on rent. In the month of December, I was asked to pay rent for 12 months in advance (amounting to Rs. 4976). After I paid the rent, they sent a reminder to me on January 5th to make monthly payment for the rent. When I checked the invoices on their website, it says I have paid Rs. 1391 in December. Attached is a statement from my bank stating that I have paid an amount of Rs. 4976. Also attached is the list of payments reflected on their website. Their customer care executives refuse to provide any assistance and they're repeatedly charging me for the same furniture, without providing any clarity.
