I had asked Airtel to migrate my prepaid number with Airtel to Postpaid, I had more than 22 GB data balance on my account. The airtel official had confirmed that my data will be migrated and i will be given credit for 22 GB of data. But after the migration, on 16th of November 2016, I could not see the data online so i wrote to airtel quering about the Data balance on my prepaid account, I got a call from airtel customer care that my data will be migrated and i will have to forego, if that is the case then i would end up paying more than i would have if i had been continiung my prepaid account It is really surprising, that Airtel has not been able to contact their own customer, for the past 2 months, seeing from the comments. I would like to state here that I have not received any call from Airtel. Secondly it does not speak high of customer service if they are not able to contact their own customer. Also in the comments no one has written as to where i should give an alternate number
