Complaint Details
I have been addressing this issue since last 2 months. I have lodged n number of complaints to vodafone about the network congestion in my area. I have spoken to 2-3 nodal officers aswell, No one is ready to resolve the issue. They all are giving me the false commitments. I have 10 postpaid connections with this operator and facing this issue since last 4-5 months. I am not willing to post out, If I am paying all the bills on time and is a regular customer since last 4 years, The company should take strict action against this. Please do cooperate.
