Dear Sir / Madam,

Requesting you to kindly looking this issue as my complaint still under pending for almost 3 month. I have toshiba 32 inch LED TV (Cricket Series) having a display issue for this i have logged a complaint with service center.

Technician came and check the issue, he told that Display panel need to be replace for which it will take around 15-20 days.

After 20 days i have not received any call from Toshiba service center hence i got service center number (Mumbai -29271229) and called them, service center person told that they is no availability of display panel hence company will refund the money which will take around 30-40days but still many following up i have not received any update.

Whenever i call head-office number no-one is picking up the call. (Head-Office number 61911521/20). Hope i am writing this mail that will clear all issue pending from Toshiba end,

Today I have visited (23 dec 2016) Tosibha service center and meet with Sandeep Paste told me display panel is ready but I am not accepting it because last conversation they told me they refund the money for that I have purchased new television so please update me the status.

I don't know whats going on back-end even i am not getting proper update from your end. Many follow-up taken on this but no use, also i have not receive response on this through email.
