due to a defect in paytm application even though i made the payment of rs 650 only once but it got deducted twice. my paytm wallet is registered on mail id vineet2kumar2@gmail.com and mobile number 9650784446.

i have attached the screenshot of my passbook and both transactions of rupees 650 have same time stamp, which is highly improbable. how can a person make the same amount payment at ditto same time.
