at the time of start of my ola journey Fare shown in the app was RS. 137/- I have been charged RS. 345/- further your customer care refused to give me complaint number.

You have upgraded from Micro without my permission.

Instead of acceptance of their errors and overcharging, purposefully engaging me in time wasting and possible avoiding of payment of overcharged amount of Rs. 208/-

I request you to refund RS. 208/- excess payment made by me without further delays and wasting time.

Further still you are showing complaint as resolved by email.
