Myself Bhamar Singh I Have Booked my Flat (G103) with EKDANT BUILDTECH PRIVATE LTD. (Corporat office address : D-18 Sector 7 Noida UP Phone no: 01204248846) Project Name “Ekdant Rawal Residency" at Haldwani Mor, Dadri Road, Greater Noida, District Gautam Buddh Nagar U.P. almost before 4 year Dated 30 Sept 2012 with CLP plan and I Invest Rs. 5.58 Lac. At the time of booking they told us they will start construction from the date of Bhoomi Poojan which was 03 April 2013. This is already passed and now they have started the plotting in the same land. Builder is not returning my money with interest. Also Ekdant is not providing any update regarding this. I want my money with interest as applicable.
