Complaint Details
I requested to upgrade my Package according to the airtel dth add on 29th December 2016. Airtel DigitalTV Customer service told me to refresh recharge 3500, I did it. But when I called back to activate they are asking me to pay 900 more which was not communicated earlier and my Package downgraded from my current package with out any information. Now they are not retaining my Package nor upgrading and resolution
