My mobile number 8826599992 has been lost along with my mobile set on 28th Dec 2016. Since than I have been chasing you people.

I contacted 121, enterprise@in.airtel.com and two of your ARC at Munirka New Delhi (pin code 110067) and SarojiniNagar new Delhi (110023). Everyone is asking for NOC from the company through which my number was issued 6 years back.

Although the number 8826599992 was issued through company (Collective growth reality pvt Ltd, which has closed its operation 3 years back) but all the responsibility are with me and I have been using and paying and all the bills since the time the number was issued. In fact the bill is been paid through auto debit through my HDFC credit card.

Your ARC is asking for NOC from the company which has stopped its operation, office is closed, website has been shut down. How can I get NOC from a dead company?

You can check following evidences to understand the non operation of the company.

1 Company is not filing its financial return since 31st march 2015 ( image collective.png)

2. Company domain name is expired. It was last renewed on 29th Dec 2015 so it is expired on 29th Dec 2016. Company operation stopped so they didn't renewed their website ( image domain.png)

3. The person (Ranjit Taneja) with email id (ranjitrajni@gmail.com) listed in Ministry of company affairs for collective growth pvt ltd is not linked with the company at present. See the reply I got to the mail I sent to Ranjit (mail from ranjit.png)

KIndly find all the images in attached file.

It has been 11 days I have lost my number. I lost contact numbers of all my contacts and as the mobile set is lost and my contacts are not in a position to contact me as the number is dead on your end.

Kindly take necessary steps to issue sim as replacement of lost sim for the number 8826599992 asap.

Earlier too I have given two numbers 9717061374 and 9015221122 to contact me again I have no issue with these numbers. So kindly contact me on any of the above two numbers which I have been keeping with to receive calls.
