I ordered a phone from polomobile.in in their flash sale on 25th December, 2016 at Rs. 2999.00. The order was confirmed and the money was also debited from my account. But since then there has been no update regarding shipping and delivery of the order. It was said that the delivery would be made within 10 to 12 days. They are even not responding to our mails or answering my calls. Now, I am in doubt whether the site is fake. I know a number of people who are also facing the same problem. Please look into the matter and help me getting back the money and also take necessary action against such fraud company.
