Currently I have been in Abroad, My vodafone sim in not showing any network in international roaming, the number has been resgistered with multiple private/ governament sectors ( Banking, income tax). I have been calling vodafone customer care past from one week & none of the technical department solve my issue , all the time they are escalating on each other ( backend team, network team) at the end my problem has not been resolved. I spend more than 3000 rs calling from international number.Its pathetic to say that vodafone never care about the customer facing issue. I have vodafone customer past from 5 years & they dont have courtesy or common sense to serve the loyal customers. My number is 9738122992. I kindly request vodafone to solve my issue ASAP.
