Sir,
I had ordered the flyers bay drone(toy) for my younger brother on his birthday actually I bought it a year ago. But it did not work even for 10 days .I kept it aside because of my parents fear as it is a costly product(1500).i had also called to snapdeal for replacement but they said that after 7 days they cant do anything.But recently my friend had told me that you have to submit a complaint to ccrc and they must took appropriate action.
