I bought four dominos vouchers from the Little Android app. Each voucher was of value 100 Indian Rupees and costed me 55 Indian Rupees each. That was a discount offer for me so I proceeded. When I placed the order, the voucher did not work. I wrote about it to hello@checklittle.com
They gave me a pathetic reply in which they stated that I must apply the vouchers on Website rather than mobile app, I will be adding the screenshot in which the terms stated that I can apply voucher on website too. Although at that time vouchers did not worked on website too which they might have validated later but the thing is I bought the vouchers when I needed it, and now I don't need it. Also if those vouchers didn't work at the time I needed I felt insulted in front of my friends when I was about to place the order. I wanted to get the refund but they denied. In such conditions these companies must be imposed with some fine
