Respected sir, I am a old consumer of amazon I purchased a product on Amazon which was fake i purchased it on 11 april 2016 but I came to know it is a fake 5-7 days before. As samsung brand name is written on that fake product for service I have gone to samsung hub they said it is a fake product as other customer complaint on Amazon after knowing this they said we will give a refund for it but I want a refund because the product provided by them is a fake product.plz I believe on you for solving.there is nothing mentioned that is a fake product.
