Complaint Details
I had purchased a blackberry z30 mobile phone from amazon which was defective, I mean the touch of that phone was not woking at all, so I decided to give it back to amazon and asked them for a refund. I had followed all the guidelines which amazon provided me to follow the return process. what happened here, I got a call from amazon in which they said 'we are coming to take your phone back' and I got a text regarding this matter from them as well. They had sent an engineer who took my phone and gave me a receipt as proof but now amazon is completely opposed to the fact that the receipt gave me is not real and its tracking id is not matching. like they are blaming me for all this.
