Dear sir/madam
My name is atosh shivaji kale and my mobile number is 7666054429. I port my num from airtel to reliance but jab se maine reliance mein port kiya hai tab se leke aaj tak muje sirf or sirf problem he face karne pade h.... problem yeh hai ki jab bhi mein kisi ko call karta hu muje(network not registered) dekha ta hai.or samne wala bhi call kare toh cell band dikha tha hai. Jab mein mobile swich off karke chalu karta hu tab 5 min ke liye call lagta hai baad mein fir waise he ho jata hai. Muje is sim se bahut problem face karni paad rahi hai. Jab mein sim kharid raha tha tab unho ne aisa kch nai bola tha ki sim ka problem hoga kar ke. maine mera num dec. ko port kiya tha or aaj date 14 jan hai. Maine bahut try kiya customer care se baat krne ko but always wo kuch na kuch bahana baana ke taal rahe hai. Mein mere nasdeki reliance ke customer care gallary mein bhi jake aaya but wo toh kuch sun ne ko he tayar nai hai wo bol rahe hai ye problem aap kocnai sab ko face karni paad rahi hai. mera num ye bahut important hai or mein nai change kar sakta ye number. Or haal he mein uno ne muje bill bhi sent kiya hai. Or late payment karne par chanrge lagaynge bol rahe hai. I am help less sir please help me for this. I attach my that mail jo maine 2 time sent kiya reliane gallary ko lekin koi reply nai. Please help me as soon as possible
