on 27th dec, 2016 i placed the order on caratlane online website for the product Daksh Mesh Bracelet the order no. is L26A25BA i choosed an emi option for buy a product.after that there emi partner Fastbanking need the downpayment for the product, paid that amount by using my sbi account after that on 2nd JAN,2017 fastbanking executive call me and said that ur order has been cancelled aue to ur documentation and you will get ur cash back within 5 working days. after 7 days i call on caratlane customer care but they says wait for some more days you will get your cash back. but after some days when i not got my cash back i again call them and said them to drop a mail to fastbanking. after that mail fastbanking rly them that cash back is credited on there account. after that i will forward my bank statement to the caratlane they replied me that, we sorry for getting delay for getting cash back we cordinate with fastbacking & get back to u soon but even after a 19 days i not got my cash back please help me to get my cash back. i am a indian consumer and seeking for getting my cash back plzz help me.
