Complaint Details
In Paytm i tried to recharge 500 rupees in my wallet and the recharge got failed but i got a message that the amount is debited from account. I complained Paytm about it they said by email that it will take 2 days for to get the money back in wallet or 7 days to get the money back in bank. After 14 days I go to bank and update my passbook but saw no credit of Rs.500. I again emailed paytm but again i have to face same problem. Details Regarding the transaction date and transaction number is in the file attached below.
