Complaint Details
Today(13/9/2016) in afternoon around 2-2:30 I made a call to ur customer care services to register a complaint of my product (lg Flatron E2060PN) I was facing a small issue that is few green lines on my monitor so I registered the complaint and got msg that ur product will be service by sky service and technician will call u and by chance the technician was at my city only I got call from him that he is coming( Before touche by the technician I was just facing above issue mention) as soon as he came he open the product he said that the product cannot be repaired by normal cleaning u will required to change the screen which will cost around 6k the product is itself of cost 6,476/- so I said I don't afford such expense its better to get new one but after he closed the product the product was not even in working condition at all it is completely blank not even the display start now the technician and its branch head are not taking the responsibility of making it as it was earlier they are telling me to pay off I want a replacement or the product in earlier condition back following are the documents required to assist u in this matter.
