I disconnected my tiKona account user id 1107874387 i got email to give up the device and i gave back, i got a no dues email from company but i didnt get any official mail of account closure, the coustomer care gives verbal confirmation, i have sent the call records, but still the company has bad reputation of sending bills inspite of account TERMINATION,i dont want to face such things, company says DONT worry your account is terminated, but i have seen that my account shows active in billing section,
Please help me
