Sir,
I Have Purchased A New Bike In April And Now On 25 Dec While Travelling On Highway My Bike Stopped In Middle Of The Highway And It Did Not Start For A Long So Some How I Went Reached Home And After Two Days I Went To Kanchan Auto Bajaj Service Centre In Thane And Told Them The Issue They Told That Work Is In Engine As It’s A New Bike And In Warrany. How Can Such Thing Happen I Was Shocked And They Repaired My Bikes Head And Changed The Valve Thew Took 3 Days To Repair My Bike Dispite From Calling Daily There Was No Proper Response Apart From It Was In Warrant They Charged Me Rs 479/- I Paid And Came Home. As My Running Is Very Less So Could Not Understand The Problem Of Bike But When I Went For A Long Ride Around 70km. And I Noted That My Bike Was Facing Problem It Started Loosing Pickup And The Bike Was Vibrating Like Hell And the gear was making sounds and I was not able to ride above speed of 60kmpr where firstly I use to ride at the speed of 90-100 kmph.
And when I called the Kanchan Auto Bajaj Service Centre In Thane they did not response properly
My only concern is this that I have purchased a new bike and paid Rs. 95,000/- for a bike and for a common man this amount is very big and within 9 months I am facing all this problems I am not at all happy with bajaj service centre and the bajaj manufacturer. I need your help to solve this issue please help me.
