Ive bought an xperia z ultra phone from the dealer bluesmart and after 3 4 months it had problem like ghost touch and the case is coming apart and when i told them the phone was in the warranty but they told that it is not our job u have broken the phone by your side and told it will take 15000 to repare so it is now not in warranty but the condition of the phone is getting worst please help me.
