I bought my Sony Xperia Z5 brand new in December 2015. By April 2016 I had already started having issues with my phone.Straight after updating my phone with the new android 6.0 software, I automatically began experiencing faults. First, my camera stopped working, then my web-based apps started crashing and then wouldn't load. My phone kept freezing, After Call other side person facing double voice continuously.I got in touch with Sony and followed their advice to do a software repair using PC companion.but the problem does not resolve.Sony then asked me to send my phone in for repair. Other than the technical issues I had with the phone after the update, there was no other issues or damage to the phone. I took very good care of it, never dropped it, never put it in water, always kept it in a case, but after next day they called me and said your mobile fall in water that caused the problem.i said its waterproof after that they said you opend sim flap but i put it plastic cover,never opend after inserting sim.. how can water get in and but I never fall it in water, not a single drop but they saying me check litmus paper inside and other things but what I do ..i never drop it in water and sony xperia z5 mobile avertisement saying it;s waterproof so how can water get inside??? i really dont know they was timepassing my warrnty period and after dec 2016 it was saying your warrnty completed ..what should i do now that why i come to your place ..please solve my issue...
