Complaint Details
I purchased my YU fit band from amazon on 12th August 2015. After 2 months it stopped working so I called up the customer care, and the responded me saying that I need to return the band and they will refund me the money (i.e. ₹2000/-) but I ha vent received any refund till date. Whenever I call they say that I will receive a call back in 24 to 48 hrs and they never call back. Very poor service, fed up of this issue from past 1 year.
