Sir I have an Amazon and I have placed some order on Amazon but next day when I try to placed a new order but I was unable.then I noticed that Amazon has blocked my account but the email comes from Amazon says that all my ordered was cancelled and refunded was initiated so I have placed these orders on another e - commerce website but Amazon shipped
Some items . When courier service trying to deliver these orders I rejected these orders and courier takes back these item to seller.after some day I have checked the courier tracking status and status was that courier was received by the faculty.so I call Amazon customer service they say that we are unable to check your account because your account is blocked by our account specialist team.but when I email to account specialist team they said that we have closed your account but they are not giving any information of my refund. I have email them many times but they are not responding . And one of my refund amount of other order was to initiate in my credit card but they refund it in Amazon gift card but my account is blocked so I can't place any orders or use my money in gift card
