Hi,
I am an engineering student from Hyderabad ,during free shopping sale i did shopping over 8,000rs so that i can get a discount of 4,000 rupees as per the offer, 400 paytm cash and 500rs futurewallet cash and gift vouchers worth 1500rs.
Everything went fine till i paid the bill.After that i got 20rs of paytm cash instead of 400 rupees and I didn't get any future wallet cash till now not even a single rupee.When I went to Central customer care and requested them to solve my issue they simply nodded their head saying that "sorry sir servers are busy","i takes few weeks". No matter how many times you visit them there giving the same reply instead of solving my issue and giving irrelevant answers towards my complaint.

I am sure that i I am not the only one who is facing this issue ,but many others are facing the same .So please try to make them feel responsible and any company should not repeat this kind of free promotions to attract the customers.
