I saw a page on Instagram Instagram there was a page who was selling some shoes I liked the shoes so purchased 2 of them for 2000 rs . And paid 2000rs in advance as there was no cod available . I paid that amount to that person through Paytm , and I didn't didn't received the product so I contacted contacted Paytm through email for help . But they didn't help me . So what should I do know . Please help . To whom I have paid the amount through paytm and how much I have paid (details attached ) . Paytm can help me by giving detail information about that person's bank account to which he transferred the amount from his Paytm account .
