Dear Sir,

I have bought Mobile vide Bill No. 5524 dt. 27/06/2016 for Rs.22,000/- On Loan from Bajaj Finserv and Insuranced by CPP Assistance Services Private Limited , Membership No – IM0144454

I am already paying an EMI of Rs.2026 per month.

I lost my mobile on 29.11.2016 and registered a complaint with Police vide no –S816/16 I intimated you about the theft and made an Insurance claim on 30.11.2016 vide letter no SR2018649 dt 06.12.2016 (attached herewith. I sent all originals i.e. – Original Invoice no -5524 dt 27.06.2016 for Rs.22,000/- of Mobile, Original Police complaint letter.

I visited your office and the Dealer Arihant Infocom on 21.12.2016. I was told that there is some mistake between your dealer and your office in some documentation related to my Insurance, which I am not aware. However on that date I spoke to a concern person. at Bajaj Finserv and requested him to give a mail in this regard. However I was told by him that your company will have to give me any mail in this regard.

Kindly let me know your stand on this and let me know by when the Insurance claim will be processed. You are requested to give me a clear picture by return mail.
Further to the above also let me know should I go head and pay my next EMI that is due
