I am using Tata docomo prepaid number since 6 years.before I was using bsnl network on prepaid number 9449973274.I got number portability to docomo with same number 6 years back.on 15/1/2017 my sim has been disconnected for no reason & without intimation. On 16/1/2017 I consulted docomo outlet at keshwapur Hubli I was told that the sim has become old & its not in my name. But I had given my photo id at the time of portability. At the outlet they told me that it is in somebody else's name and I have to give their documents or else I should shift to postpaid on same number if I give my documents. Wen I have done no mistake why should I shift to postpaid.so I want same number on prepaid facility.
