We're a long term broadband customer of bsnl and I'm writing this complaint after finally being fed up from the unprofessionalism the staff at Modinagar exchange shows. We have an 8 Mbps bsnl boradband line and we hardly get a download speed of 200 kps and upload speed of 50 kbps. When a complaint is registered, no follow up is done. The high authority officials are mostly never found either on phone or in person and even when you chase them, you're just promised that the problem shall be resolved, which never does.
We are paying Rs. 3,000 per month for a broadband in which we can't do anything. Opening websites is not the only thing that's done on the internet. In an era where the Prime Minister is pushing digital india, it's a shame that the biggest telecom provider has such pathetic service and lousy staff who doesn't want to do anything.
I'm even opening the ccrc complaing website from my mobile 3G internet because, well, the bsnl "broadband" can't even open it.
