Complaint Details
I signed up for a slimming programme with well-advertised WEIGHT LOSS chain Kolors Health Care India Pvt. Ltd to shed 30 kg weight and paid Rs.65,000 in December 2016 for it -- but I didn't lose any weight.Instead I started gaining weight and ended up with migraines and other health issues.they made false assurances, lied to me and caused me physical and mental agony . the company guaranteed to help me shed 30 kg weight within 3-4 months. The kolors counsellor recommended a program to help me slim down. I discussed my health issues and was assured this was a safe program and if any side effects were felt a new program would be suggested and everything adjusted accordingly.The staff after offering a discount of 40 percent fixed the cost of the program at Rs.1,08,000. I paid 65,000 as first installment on the condition that it would be refunded if no weight loss which hasnt happened. Other customers keep asking for refunds too, citizens are being openly cheated by this company,help!
