I book an order(orderid:1075944549) on Dec 31 night at the time of 8:30 pm they told we will deliver in 1 hour, and at the time of 9:15pm they called me and told that we will deliver at 11:30 pm may be or else we will cancel the order and they cancel the order at the same time and they told your money will be refunded to your bank with in 5-7 business days but it almost 10 business days now I did not recived any refund, while i am asking to swiggy people they are telling that we are initiated refund please check with bank but bank people are saying that we did not get any request regarding this from merchant side. I continuously keeping mails to merchant (swiggy) they are saying the same words and shard the details of Bank ARN number and bank reference id which i was attaching below, the order id screen shot and also bank statement to prove that money is not returned, so please consider this complaint as an urgent bases and resolve as soon as possible.
