I've ordered sneakers fora party on 6th January from Myntra as it was Sale going on at that time. They informed me to deliver the product by 16th January (which is last date). I've called 2-3 times to their customer care and they told me the same then it will be delivered to me on 16 itself.

My point is ,It took 10 days to deliver a product from Mumbai to Delhi. This delay should not be accepted as I've planned a party on this order.
