This is regarding order #R718232671 (NAVY BLUE BRAIDED ESPADRILLE PEEPTOES) placed on 12th Dec, 2016 and received on 16th Dec. Since the shoes I ordered was one size big, I raised a return order on 17th Dec by following the instructions as specified in the Styletag website (took pictures of the shoes and emailed to support@styletag.com) Return request was raised and I was assured the shoes will be picked up within 5 working days and my money will be refunded within 5-10 working days of receiving the returned order. Since then there has been no attempt made by Delhivary (courier agency) to pick up the product. When contacted the agency, I was shocked to know that the attempt was made but could not find my house. The same courier agency had delivered the product in first place and many times from other ecommerce websites.
I have contacted Styletag 4 times since then and asked them to arrange for reverse pick up with no update or action. Last call they promised to have assigned it to different courier agency and the reverse pick up will happen within 5 working days. Today is day 9 - no call/update or pick up done.
Pathetic service and horrifying experience by Styletag. Through this compliant I request my money returned and to teach a lesson on consumer rights and service to the eCommerce site
