sir my account has been used for frauded transactions which was not
done by me on 29-december-2016 i have mentioned the details of the
transactions below

refernce no.- IMPS00019313983MO24820876 debit - rs1100

2) 29-Dec-2016
narration- TO TRANSFER
INB IMPS/P2A/636415514130/XXXXXXX371RATN
refernce no. - IMPS00019313487MO24820350 debit-rs1100

these transactions are not done by me.

now the bank is refusing to help me and provide the details of account in which imps was credited and returning my money.
i am a student sir and the bank is not ready to give me details and understand my issue.. please help me out sir
