Complaint Details
I have mobile insurance from this company relationship id : 670779. I raised a claim on my mobile phone APPLE IPHONE 6s that my phone is damaged due to liquid (which is covered under the insurance). I called the customer care representative and they listen the whole incident which took place with my phone and approved my claim,than they said i have to submit some document and write about the whole incident in details. They approved all the documents,formalities and arranged the pickup for my phone. They pickup my phone and after some days i received a Email saying that apple has given estimation of replacing my phone to insurance company which is to be paid by insurance company to apple. That suddenly i received a phone call from one assist saying they are returning my phone unrepaired or damaged phone back. they give the reason the damage was due to customer negligence but at starting they approved my "incident" and all the "documents" and picked my phone.If it was negligence why they approve and pick up my phone. I visited the Apple service center from where i purchased insurance they said they cant do anything and give me the number of Delhi ncr head of one assist insurance company (Rupesh mobile number: 9717655563). He was clueless and he also didn't helped me i called one assist customer care many times and they also didn't helped me. After 1 month i received my phone and i gave it to local mobile shop my phone was damaged from inside and they have pasted several parts from glue. May be they exchanged my phones spare parts. I visited there facebook page and many people are suffering from companies fraudulent activities.Please visit their facebook page. Please help me on this as soon as possible.
