I purchased ASUS mobile on 28/12/2016 and its model no. is AS ZC650KL 6A/8939/32G/2G.

on 28/122016 my display was not working at all and when I showed to Service center they told me that you have to change the display.
(it is in warranty)

I deposited my mobile at service center for change the display. My RMA Number : INR66C0736.

And on 10/1/17 they told me that will be a replacement and still after 9 days i have not received my mobile and now it has became intolerable and i want my refund.
please help me it will be very thankful
