Complaint Details
I have submitted my request for address change for my postpaid number at Vodafone Store on 9-Jan-2017 and submitted my aadhaar card as address proof. This application was rejected saying that document not submitted - and i received no call from Vodafone.
Again on following up they asked me to email the documents to them, So I have submitted my documents and address change request over email and submitted my aadhaar card & Registered Rent agreement for current address proof and Passport for Permanent & ID Proof. Again today on follow up they are saying that request is rejected - Reason - Document not submitted.

I need help to get my address changed as it is complicated for Vodafone to accept my documents. Kindly advice what should i do now.
