I have ordered from amazon and when the delivery boy came i was not at home so the agent went back and he himself changed the status that the order is cancelleld as from my side no order was cancelled and agent number is not workking and i called the customer care of amazon they said that you have to buy the product for the orignal price as they are saying that you can reorder the product but why should i reorder the product if i havent cancelled the order i want help to retrive my order as they are now cheating as i have not cancelled from my side they belived the agent and said that order has been cancelled i am sure and confirm i havent cancelled the order and below is the details of the given order they supplied me th rs111 item oil but now they are refusing to return the slippers of united benetton and jockey underwear can you please help me with it
