THE FOLLOWING IS THE EMAIL I WROTE TO SONY INDIA WITH NO REPLY YET RECEIVED FROM THEM AND I HAVE ALSO ATTACHED THE PRINT OF INVOICE BILL AND 2 SERVICE CENTER BILL.

To whomever it may concern,

This complaint is to let you know that I brougt a Sony Xperia XA Dual Sim LTE Black from Croma, Phoenix mills, Lower Parel on 14-09-2016.

The phone started to heat from the first day itself and after a month or so the mobile's
REAR CAMERA WAS DEAD and also the battery was taking way too time to charge as well it was heating up too.

I first gaved it to service centre i.e Orbit Electronics, Worli on 25-10-2016 and the same was delivered back to me on 29-10-2016.

It hardly went good for 2 days but immediately it gaved me software issue for which again I rushed again to service centre i.e Krish Electronics at Vile Parle which was give back to me on same day.

But from December again my mobile started to heat up with minmal battery support instead of servicing it twice.

Again in the start of this month my CAMERA HAS STARTED GIVING PROBLEMS with some huge amont of blurness.

This time I wont be visiting any service centre as all these problems went over the limits this time.

Battery is the main issue from the day I brought the headset, and also I faced the camera issues twice from the day I brougt the Sony Product with the additional software issue once.

REGARDING ALL THE NUISANCE CAUSED IN THESE 3 MONTHS I DEMAND A FULL MONEY REFUND FOR THE PRODUCT.

Please take this issue very seriously as I trusted very much on the brand name Sony, but it failed to keep its name this time.

Please give me a full refund ASAP.
