Complaint Details
I redeemed 676 iobrewardz points and another 1732 SBI rewards points in Mobikwik on 15 on December 2016. The points were deducted from my account and Mobikwik received the same(I’m enclosing my points statements and the message received from Mobikwik for the transaction as proof of my claim). The total value of the points is RS 602.
But I am sorry to say Mobikwik is a cheater. They never credited my money till date. Their customer support numbers don’t work. It will ring for when I called but nobody pick up my call. I sent email and no response.
In short this is a cheating company pliz stay away from this site.
