Complaint Details
When I was paying for the order I first chose online payment mode I payed the money through my debit card but the payment failed. So then I chose cash on delivery option. But later I received a message that amount has been debited from my bank account. Now the Myntra is not ready to refund my money.I am sending a copy of my bank passbook in which it is clear that the amount has been debited and delivered to Myntra.So I request you to please help me.
