I have a flight jet airways Mumbai to Chennai on 17Jan 2017 pnr NWHJDE wide ticket no. 589 2218865935 depart at 8.25 am . I had done webcheckin and get mobile boarding pass . I reached airport checkin counter to print boarding however surprisingly i saw flight reschedued to 9.50 am without any intimation. I travell all the way from home early morning to avoid any delay as i have very important meeting at chennai at 11.30 am .
I asked for any other flight but duty manager Mr. ANIL on duty rudily behavoured with me and said no flight or any other service he will provide. He shouted me in front of many paddenger and asked me to go to Consumer complaint .
I have financial lost and mental trouble due to this unprofessional costomer care by jetairways. I need jet to compensate me on the loss due to the delay and behaviour from staff.
