I have purchased a wrist watch of XYLS FROM the titan world coating rd 19990 but only after 6 months of usage the strap got broken. I submitted the watch at service center and they assured me that it will be repaired within 1 month but now it's more than 4 months and they reply only that strap is not in stock.
