Complaint Details
I was traveling from London to Goa on the 5th of January (arrived in Mumbai on the 6th of January at around 4:00AM). During transit at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport in Mumbai, I was threatened and harassed by Air India Officials. Additionally I was not the only passenger on the same flight that was mistreated. This is rather disappointing and unacceptable from a hospitality service, and as a proud Indian, I felt ashamed the way both domestic and international citizens were treated by these officials. I sincerely hope that this is not a recurring theme at Air India. I have detailed the experiences in the attached documents, including bookings for an additional flight to Goa.
