I have ordered online on www.fabledeal.com for Double Bedsheet ( 2 No.) on 29th November,2016 vide Order No. 34607. I received the product on 7th Dec,2016, for which I made a payment of Rs. 700 (COD payment). The product I received is not as per the order i placed, so not happy with the product I return the product for replacement, on 14th Dec, 2016, they informed me that they don't have the stock of the product and asked me to provide the bank details for the refund of amount. Which I provided on the same day, but till date i.e. 17th Jan,2017 I have not received my refund, inspite of various phone calls. Kindly help me to get my refund back.
