Complaint Details
I have bought a nonstick tawa 280mm of MY HOME company from Reliance market on 20/06/2016 which has warranty for 1 year.The product got damaged with regular usage within 4 months of purchase.When I took it to the market in November 2016(I don't know the date exactly)with the product and the warranty card,the two supervisors there didn't even bother to look at the product and simply said buy a new one.I did not expect this as this a big retail market.I felt very disappointed,not because of the wastage but because of their disrespect to the customers.I am attaching the images of the warranty card and the damaged product.This product is used to make dosas and other such items.After damage the coating is being mixed with the food which makes it poisonous.As a doctor I am very much worried of the same.Kindly look into this problem seriously and let me know the action as soon as possible.
